Workshops, seminars and group coaching are the ideal option to explore a specific topic for your mental wellbeing or for overcoming challenges- especially if you are comfortable sharing and learning in a group environment. These sessions can be one time events or run over a series of weeks. I facilitate and tailor each session to meet the needs of the group ensuring a personalized experience for everyone.

Women’s Detox Program
18. March - 22. April 7pm - 9pm via Zoom
Collaboration with clinical nutritionist and naturopath Daisy Doppenberg.
6 week program with weekly catch ups.
The aim of this program is to create awareness and healthy habits to nourish your body for optimal health.
While most of the changes will be physical I am there to assist your mind to adopt new behaviour, break old habits that are no longer serving you and help you make lasting change for yourself.
The focus is not on weight loss as such, it is on looking after our bodies better. A loved body is often a healthier one, that is the angle we are coming from.
Body image is very dear to my heart, so if you struggle with that, know that I am here to help you heal that side too.
